What are the possible payment methods?
Takaé creations accepts payments from Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and Paypal However, we only accept credit or cash payments at our workshop.

Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery charges are calculated automatically at the time of your order, depending on where you live.
When will my order be shipped?
Since our bags are handmade, your bag will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days at the latest. The delivery time is between 3 to 10 working days for items in our inventory.
My order is shipped but I put the wrong address, what should I do?
Please contact email@example.com immediately within the 24hrs after placing your order. We cannot guaranty that we will be able to make the necessary adjustments.
The responsibility for any order that has been sent to the wrong address is the responsibility of the customer. The customer will have to submit a new order.
Takaé Creations is not responsible for parcels and / or additional charges associated with shipping to a wrong address.
Loss / cause unknown to shipping
We are not responsible for parcels that have been stolen, lost or not delivered. If your package does not arrive within or after the scheduled time, you should contact the courier used to route your package to explain the situation and send them your tracking number.
Please note that there are rare instances where some parcels may be delayed at Customs.
May I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours after placing your order by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
