How do I make an exchange / return?
Please note that you have a period of 7 days after receiving the item to proceed with a refund or exchange. When you want to return or exchange an item, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and give us your reference number to accelerate the process. The cost on a return or an exchange is the responsibility of the customer. You can always go directly to our workshop by calling us beforehand, to avoid these fees.
* We do not accept returns / exchanges for items purchased from other retailers or other online stores.
Can I return an item purchased for sale?
All items bought on sale are considered FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Will I be reimbursed for additional costs?
Customs / International Fees: The parcel recipient is responsible for any additional charges that a country may charge on the importation of goods.
What to do if I receive a damaged item?
You may contact email@example.com within 24hrs of receiving your purchase.
Can I have a price adjustment?
Price adjustments are allowed only if an item has been specifically marked on our website. The price adjustment must be made within 24 hours of purchase. No price adjustments will be made on Black Friday, Cyber Monday or Boxing Day. To receive a price adjustment on an eligible item, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Once the price adjustment is done, the item becomes a final sale and cannot be returned / exchanged.
I have the wrong item in my order, what can I do?
In the rare situation where you receive the wrong product, we want to resolve the situation immediately. Please contact us at email@example.com with the order number.
Are prices subject to change?
Takaé creations cannot guarantee the availability of any product displayed on the site. Takaé creations reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on this site, at any time and without notice. Our goal is to have an error-free site, but we cannot guarantee that any content is 100% accurate or complete, including price and product specifications. If we find errors in prices, they will be corrected in our systems and the adjusted price will apply to your order. Takaé Creations reserves the right to withdraw any indicated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions (including after an order is submitted and accepted).
If you are not satisfied by one of our items, we will refund or exchange your product purchased at our regular price, within 7 days after receiving the item. If you bought your item on sale, this is a final sale. (except with your LANCEMENT code of 10%)
1- If you live in Montreal, you can drop it at our workshop by calling us at 514-651-8704.
2- If you live outside Montreal, please return your item at your expense by mail. You must make sure to ship the bag with a tracking number and insurance. We will not be held responsible for lost returns.
The product must be returned in its original condition, it must not show signs of wear. In this case, the refund would be refused. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from other retailers.
We offer a 6 month warranty on our items if a snap or rivet breaks. We will replace the part at our expense. Backpacks have been tested to support a weight of 5 pounds. The return of the backpack must be done at your expense to our workshop and we will return it to you at our expense, in addition to offering a free repair.
